Η επιβεβαίωση του αιτήματος απενεργοποιεί αμέσως τη σύνδεση και θέτει σε ουρά τη διαδικασία μόνιμης διαγραφής. Η διαδικασία αυτή καταργεί τις γραμμές της βάσης δεδομένων και επαληθεύει ότι τα προθέματα αρχείων των υποψηφίων είναι κενά· η ολοκλήρωση μπορεί να διαρκέσει σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα και καταγράφεται σε συμβάν ελέγχου.

Most account data is erased. A minimized compliance record remains only where the law requires us to keep it or where we must be able to demonstrate that an automated or recorded step was lawful; direct account links are removed either way.

• AI assistant records required for accountability — kept for 12 months from the session, or deleted immediately if you withdraw consent. The links to the assessed record and to your account are removed when the account is deleted.
• A snapshot of the consent ledger needed to demonstrate that consent existed when an automated or recorded step ran — kept for 7 years after that consent is replaced.
• The deletion ticket and completion evidence, with the requester identity removed — kept for 7 years after the request is closed.
• Cookie and mobile-analytics consent evidence, with the account link removed, kept for 7 years. Separately, the consent choice itself stops being valid 395 days after it is made, and a new choice is requested.
• The append-only record that these events happened, which is never deleted and is screened so it cannot contain message content, health information, names or credentials.

Our retention schedule was decided on 1 August 2026, and these are the periods that apply to whatever survives a deletion request. Evidence that consent existed — including cookie and analytics consent — is kept for 7 years after the consent is replaced or the request is closed, because we must be able to show the processing was lawful for as long as it can be questioned. AI assistant records are kept for 12 months from the session, and are deleted straight away if you withdraw consent rather than waiting out that period. The tamper-evident log that records that something happened, and that it was deleted, is never itself deleted: it is append-only by design and is screened so it cannot hold message content, health information, names or credentials. Some periods are minimums set by safety and employment law rather than by us, and where a law in a market we operate in requires longer than the period above, that longer period applies; we publish any change here before it takes effect. A legal hold can pause erasure for the records within its scope; you are told when that happens.
